Our mission is to advise business owners how to create and capture value in their businesses to meet their personal, professional and financial objectives.

We create value by formally establishing the value today, and then preparing and executing a plan to optimize the future value based on the owner’s desired exit strategy.

We capture value one of three ways: (1) sale (merger with or acquisition by a third party); (2) succession (internal transfer of the business); and (3) dissolution (an orderly sale of assets).

We serve people, not faceless corporate entities. We serve the people entrusted with the responsibility for these businesses and the people affected by the decisions that will be made.

An important part of our mission is to work in a manner worthy of our calling as Christian business professionals.
